With four years of experience in real estate, she has worked with financial institutions and property developers in the realm of valuation, asset management and sustainability. Having exposure to a diverse range of asset classes, including purpose-built offices, luxury properties, and industrial premises, Alissa currently leads high-profile projects such as Merdeka PNB 118, Texas Instruments and Shell. She supervises the effective implementation of sustainable practices in all aspects of the project life-cycle from design to construction.

Alissa is an alumnus of the University of South Australia, where she pursued a Bachelor of Business (Property).
