NEAPOLI is on the lookout for a Graduate Sustainability Consultant to join its dynamic and growing team in Kuala Lumpur. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in a wide array of sustainability projects, including high-profile developments such as the Merdeka PNB, the world’s second-tallest structure, 5-star hospitality projects in Europe, and two industrial developments in Malaysia each spanning 2 million square feet. The role will primarily focus on both existing and new building projects, providing conceptual energy, carbon, and sustainability advice, assisting in leading certification processes, and contributing to the development of innovative design strategies to achieve a high level of building performance for environmental and human health outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have a foundational technical background, excellent interpersonal skills to support project teams, assist in developing proposals, and help manage technical and financial performance. The role involves close collaboration with clients and the development of original and innovative approaches and solutions for projects. Although direct experience in delivering LEED-certified or other building certification projects is not required, an understanding of building systems performance and a keen interest in sustainability within the built environment are essential.
