At the GreenRE Sustainable Design Awards (SDA) 2024, held last night in conjunction with the REHDA Malaysia Annual Dinner, Suasana Damai, developed by MK Land Holdings Berhad, was awarded the Best Residential Development (High Rise) category. This recognition celebrates Suasana Damai’s exemplary integration of sustainable design principles, aligning perfectly with GreenRE’s rigorous environmental standards.

The ceremony, held at the Sime Darby Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur, was attended by industry leaders and graced by the presence of Yang Amat Berhormat Dato’ Seri Haji Fadillah bin Haji Yusof, Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia. The award highlights Suasana Damai as a shining example of how sustainability can be seamlessly incorporated into urban living.
