As pioneers in sustainability and green building, we at NEAPOLI are delighted to announce our collaboration with the upcoming luxury resort, Six Senses Porto Heli. Our appointment to lead the advisory services for achieving Silver/Gold Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for this unique resort underlines our commitment to creating spaces that harmonise luxury with environmental consciousness.
About Six Senses Porto Heli
Situated in the elegant Ermioni on the Greek Peloponnese, with the breathtaking islands of Spetses and Hydra in the horizon, the upcoming Six Senses Porto Heli promises to be a beacon of wellness and adventure. Historically rich and visually stunning, the Porto Heli region is a fusion of heritage, opulence, and natural beauty. The resort, set to open its doors in 2026, will feature around 60 rooms and suites, a spectacular infinity pool, spa facilities, fine dining establishments, and private residential villas, designed with a touch of contemporary elegance.
NEAPOLI’s Role
Ensuring that Six Senses Porto Heli not only resonates with luxury but also stands as a testament to sustainable tourism is our prime objective. Our team of experts will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that the resort achieves its targeted Silver/Gold LEED certification. This certification, globally recognized, speaks volumes about a project’s commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
A Word from Dr. Stellios Plainiotis, CEO of NEAPOLI:
