This 11-storey tower development is set to be a landmark achievement, aiming to be the first project in North Macedonia to achieve LEED Gold certification, demonstrating a clear commitment to environmental excellence and sustainable development.
Our expertise is driving the integration of high-performance design, targeting an impressive 30% reduction in annual energy consumption compared to the ASHRAE 90.1 baseline (less than 85 kWh/m²). We’re also implementing advanced water conservation strategies to achieve over 40% reduction in indoor water use and a significant 73% reduction in outdoor water use through efficient landscaping. Furthermore, our focus on a circular economy ensures that over 80% of construction waste is diverted from landfills.
This landmark project is designed not just for environmental performance, but for occupant well-being. It features enhanced indoor environmental quality with abundant natural daylighting, extensive external views, and superior indoor air quality supported by advanced ventilation and MERV 13 filtration.
