Rafflesia is the first landed housing development in Damansara Perdana and a part of its large scale mixed development. It consists of low density high-end Semi-Detached  Bungalows  situated on the green hills above Jalan PYU.

NEAPOLI was employed by MK Land Holdings as the project’s Sustainability Consultant to implement strategies which would improve performance while reducing its environmental impact at minimum additional construction cost. These strategies have contribute towards a GBI Silver Certification for the development.
