Merdeka 118 tower in KL, set to complete in 2023, will be the second-tallest building in the world and the tallest in SE Asia. Standing tall at 678.9 meters, its unique diamond-shaped facade and spire design were inspired by Malaysia’s independence declaration. The supertall skyscraper, designed by Melbourne’s Fender Katsalidis, features 118 floors above ground and 5 below, spanning a total floor area of 673,862 square meters.

NEAPOLI is appointed by Contractor Samsung C&T and UEM JV (SUJV) to drive triple Platinum certification through GBI, GreenRE, and LEED.
