Lot 167 tower at KLCC is aiming to set new standards in building sustainability and to be the first LEED Platinum – GBI Gold office building in the City of Kuala Lumpur. The client, joint venture of KLCCP and Qatari Diar has appointed NEAPOLI as Sustainability Co-ordinator for the project. NEAPOLI is ensuring the design and construction is done to the highest environmental standard and that the project achieves a LEED Platinum and GBI Gold rating.
