Located on the shores of Porto Heli, in the Peloponnese’s “Greek Riviera,” the Four Seasons Hinitsa project is a major resort redevelopment that combines high-end hospitality with sustainability. The development includes 80 hotel keys, 30 bungalows, and 25 multistorey villas, supported by wellness, dining, and leisure facilities.

The project centers on the retrofit of an existing 4-star hotel into a modern Four Seasons property. The renovation will deliver larger rooms, upgraded guest spaces, and improved integration with the natural surroundings, while targeting LEED Gold certification.

• 50% reduction in water consumption
• 75% diversion of solid waste from landfill

Renewable energy systems, efficient HVAC and lighting, on-site water recycling, and responsible material sourcing are also part of the design strategy. Guests will benefit from better indoor air quality, natural daylight, and shaded outdoor areas with native landscaping.
