KLCC Property Sdn Bhd (Petronas Group) and Qatar Diar (QD) Asia Pacific Ltd have jointly embarked on two proposed new mixed commercial developments in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, adjacent to the Petronas Twin Towers.

NEAPOLI was selected to lead the Energy and Environmental Design and Green Building Certification of the development.

The 4,000,000-square-foot development is designed to attain Platinum rating under LEED and Gold under GBI and will include 1,200,000 square feet of office, 860,000 square feet of retail, 1,000,000 square feet of Hotel and 50 luxury residences, according to an early design. Given the numerous components for a LEED/GBI Platinum building, NEAPOLI took the lead in all stages from schematic design up to the fundamental commissioning of the building’s energy
