NEAPOLI’s PKNS HQ, or LAMAN PKNS received two of this year’s prestigious Malaysias National Energy Awards (NEA 2018) in the Energy Efficient Design and the Green Building Categories. 

The National Energy Awards is a national competition organised by the Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change (Malaysia) that provides recognition to entities that apply the concepts, systems and technology of energy efficiency and conservation. The 320,312 square foot office complex serves a the new Headquarters of the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS). With NEAPOLI’s holistic energy strategies, the project achieves 65 percent energy savings over conventional projects and cuts CO2 emissions by 2,600 tonnes per year.
