KLCC (Holdings), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PETRONAS, is developing a new state-of-the-art net Zero Energy Office Building. Sustainability experts NEAPOLI have been awarded the contract for energy & environmental optimisation services towards Green Building Index (GBI) Gold accreditation. The renovation & upgrading works include internal office spaces, lobby, new porch guard house and landscaping. The new offices will be located at the existing Operation Complex Petronas (KOP) in Kerteh, Terenganu and will be an international showcase for energy research, raising the global profile for PETRONAS.
