Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) UUM Chapter organized for the future leaders of the nation the 2nd Asia Pacific Youth Leadership Summit 2019 (APYS 2019)  held on 20th-22nd August 2019 in Penang, Malaysia.

This time we the theme was “Empowering Youth for Sustainable Development” which mainly aims to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.  The activities held were to discuss current tittles, concerns and challenges related to the youth and Sustainable Development Goals.  

Featuring keynote speakers from industry leaders, networking opportunities, industry visit, field trip to Georgetown which is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Prof. Hans Weemaes, from NEAPOLI provided the keynote speech how the industry is preparing for fronting the challenges in the Sustainable Development Goals.
