NEAPOLI has been appointed by PETRONAS subsidiary KOMPLEKS DAYABUMI SDN BHD to lead the Energy and Environmental design for the proposed KOMPLEKS DAYABUMI Stage 3 development targeting for Gold award with the Green Building Index (GBI) rating tool. The new 2 million sq-ft mixed-use development will house a commercial Hotel/Office tower siting on a retail podium and will be adjacent to the historic Dayabumi Complex. Dayabumi Complex (Malay: Kompleks Dayabumi) is a major landmark in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It includes several commercial facilities and is one of the earliest skyscrapers in the city. It is located near the National Mosque , the Old Kuala Lumpur Railway Station and the Federal House at Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin.
