NEAPOLI has been requested by Kazhanah subsidiary Destination Resorts and Hotels (DRH) to draft the Sustainable Development Policy for Desaru Coast, on the South Eastern tip of Johor, Malaysia. In addition, NEAPOLI will provide sustainable masterplanning and tourism planning and energy and environmental design consultancy for 8 Hospitality projects, including their certification with Green Building Index and LEED.
