NEAPOLI has been appointed by UMW Land Holdings to provide Energy & Environmental Design and Sustainable Master Planning consultancy services for the proposed High Value Manufacturing (HVM) Park, in Serendah, Selangor, Malaysia. The HVM Park, a collaboration between UMW Land and the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (Mida), will be a mixed development of residential and commercial buildings constructed on 861 acres of land with a main focus on facilities for aerospace and other industries related to smart manufacturing. Among others, it will house the UMW Aerospace’s production facility of aeroengine fan cases for Rolls-Royce, which is expected to be the premier and integral constituent of the park, and will act as a catalyst to draw in other high value investments.
