On 23 March 2010, at a small café in Kuala Lumpur named Athena, NEAPOLI was officially registered. The vision was never modest. From day one, NEAPOLI—the new city—set out to reinvent the built environment and shape the cities of the future.

What followed was a journey of ambition, resilience, and global reach.

Rooted in Malaysia, yet driven by a philosophy without borders, NEAPOLI has grown into one of the world’s leading sustainability consultancies for the built environment. Today, our projects span over 15 countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.

Our portfolio includes over 100 million square feet of transformative developments: from iconic skyscrapers and international airports to next-generation cities such as NEOM, Penang International Airport, and Doha International Airport.

Fifteen years on, NEAPOLI remains proudly Malaysian and fiercely independent—guided by the same founding conviction: that the future of cities must be sustainable, intelligent, and humane.
