In October 2020, NEAPOLI was awarded a contract to perform LEED green building commissioning services for MasterCard’s Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The NEAPOLI team of experts will perform all third-party commissioning services, required for obtaining the LEED green building certifications, including preparation of a commissioning plan, reports, measurement and verification plans as well as the indoor air quality (IAQ) management plan and re-commissioning the management manual. In addition, NEAPOLI will conduct a post-occupancy evaluation of the energy performance at the Headquarters.
