2025 was a year of meaningful growth. We delivered major work across Malaysia and expanded our portfolio in Europe, strengthening our role as a trusted sustainability and decarbonisation partner.

Highlights from the year:

• Kuala Lumpur Net Zero Emissions Roadmap 2050: We drafted the city’s decarbonisation roadmap, commissioned by DBKL and C40. Approved by the Mayor in November 2025, it is now official city policy.
• OSRAM Kulim Megafactory: We completed one of the world’s largest LED semiconductor facilities, achieving LEED Gold certification with outstanding energy performance.
• GreenRE Awards: We started the year by winning Best High Rise Residential Building at the GreenRE Awards 2024.
• Strategic infrastructure projects: We commenced work on Kota Kinabalu International Airport, the Penang LRT Mutiara Line (optimising 20 stations), and continued supporting Penang International Airport.
