The re-certification process is to recognise the sustained performance in areas of energy and water efficiency, waste management, operations and management, and indoor environment quality. By satisfying a checklist of performance metrics, such buildings can be re-certified to the same GreenRE scheme and rating.
GreenRE Certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance of Final Certificate. Thereafter, the building/project will need to undergo a re-certification progress.
