The Kuala Lumpur office of environmental design and engineering consultancy NEAPOLI has been appointed as the energy & environmental design partner to take forward plans to optimise the headquarters of Swiss Pharmaceutical giant Novartis.
As energy and ESG Consultant partner, NEAPOLI will provide a range of consultancy and engineering services to ensure Novartis’ headquarters in Malaysia is developed and delivered according to green building standards by the US Green Building Council. These include supporting the project manager CBRE and the design team during feasibility and preliminary design, construction and post occupancy stages on achieving exemplary performance in energy, water, and waste and occupant well-being. Novartis is a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Switzerland, ranking the world’s 5th largest in 2020. CBRE is an American commercial real estate services and investment firm.
NEAPOLI team will put together a sustainability framework and offer project and programme support and documentation submissions where required, for certification under:
